Kvareli Cellar based in the Kindzmarauli microzone, Kvareli region, was established in 2001. Originally the company was specialized in brandy production. The used equipment has been manufactured by specialist European companies.
Complete refurbishment of the plant and all stages of the production cycle have been carried out. This includes the processing of grapes, wine storage material in the cellar, bottling of red and white wine, cognac as well. The company has established the strictest control system of alcoholic beverages at all stages.

The owners constantly discuss cognac distillation methods. Some are in favor of changing “Charentais” style equipment to mass production facilities, while the founder’s old generation, support traditions and believe that the wine distillation must be performed in the “Charentais” style French periodic distillation appliances.
