The company was established in 2001 and holds enterprises in Patardzeuli, Velistsikhe, Keda and Saguramo. The vineyards are located in the diverse regions of Georgia. Various products of wine such as traditional Chacha, Georgian brand and sparkling wine are produced in factories.

The company is involved in Oenotourism Development, in 2011, in the village of Velistsikhe, “Velistsikhis Veranda” was renovated and added to the historical capital -Mtskheta restaurant and Marani “Georgian Wine Chamber”. In 2015, the company restored the historic wine cellar of Tadeozi Guramishvili and Ilia Chavchavadze in Saguramo.
