Vaziani Winery

Vaziani Winery

Vaziani Company, established in 1982, is a faithful follower of traditional Georgian winemaking practices. In 2012, due to the restructuring of the company, it was transformed into a Limited Liability Company, and a new, modern factory was built in Telavi. New strictest quality control system was implemented to track all stages of wine production that fully comply with the requirements of ISO 22000: 2015 standards.

The company produces its wines not only by modern technologies but also by preserving ancient Georgian winemaking methods. This Georgian tradition involves the wine making, storage and aging of wines in unique clay vessels called “Qvevri” (amphorae). It has become a calling card of Georgian wines and Georgian culture in general.
